Job Summary
Leading the operational engine for the home warranty business, the full-time remote Head of Warranty Operations will oversee claims management and contractor network management, setting strategic direction and driving operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Warranty Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Oversee the end-to-end claims lifecycle and ensure compliance with policy terms and operational standards
- Manage contractor network performance and strategic direction to meet customer demand effectively
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of leadership experience in a warranty company, managing multiple teams
- Strong knowledge of claims operations and the end-to-end claims lifecycle
- Experience in developing SOPs and driving performance against SLAs
- Hands-on experience with operational systems and process improvement
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and audit readiness as related to claims operations
