Head of xSIM Engineering

Job Summary

To support a growing telecom service, the full-time Head of xSIM Engineering will manage SIM profiles, vendor relationships, and technical documentation while working remotely to enhance the quality and security of customer services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner for SIM profiles, vendors, applets, and the OTA platform
• Manage relationships with SIM manufacturers and standardize procedures for all vendors
• Document technical processes and oversee SIM customization and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or Telecommunications
• 10-12 years of experience in smart card environments or telecommunications
• Broad knowledge of (e)(p)SIM technologies, including SIM electronic profiles and OTA platforms
• Experience with Remote SIM Provisioning technologies and relevant industry standards
• Strong understanding of SIM technology, project management skills, and familiarity with Java Card development
