Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Actuary.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate value-based payment models and risk arrangements with payers
• Assist in developing value-based payment model standards and provide consultative support during negotiations
• Extract, aggregate, and validate data for quantitative analyses and operational reporting for value-based agreements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in large healthcare organizations and two years in strategic management of healthcare pricing and contract negotiation
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, or a related field
• Knowledge of value-based arrangements, ACO, and population health analytics
• Proficient in Excel and SQL
• Strong understanding of actuarial principles
