Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Advocate for inbound and outbound calls on the Healthy Outcomes Team, working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to members and providers to facilitate healthcare services
• Assist members in overcoming barriers to good health
• Educate members on health decisions and document interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• High computer literacy and proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
• Experience in call center or outreach roles involving members/consumers preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are heavily preferred
