Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Advocate on the Healthy Outcomes Team to assist the Medicare population through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to members and providers to facilitate healthcare services
• Overcome barriers to ensure members receive necessary health services
• Educate members on health decisions and document interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

• High computer literacy, with proficiency in Windows and web-based applications
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
• Experience in call center or outreach roles involving members/consumers
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
