Health Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Advocate to assist the Medicare population through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to members and providers for healthcare services and screenings
• Address barriers to members' health and provide educational support for health decisions
• Document conversations accurately in the member's health record

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D
• High computer literacy, including troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
• Experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred
