Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist members and providers with healthcare services
• Overcome barriers to ensure members receive necessary health services and education
• Document conversations accurately in members' health records

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D
• High computer literacy, including troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
• Professional communication and active listening skills
