Job Summary

Dedicated and dynamic communicators will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Health Advocate on the Healthy Outcomes Team, where they will engage with the Medicare population through outbound calls to promote health screenings and improve health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to members and providers to facilitate healthcare services, screenings, and medication refills
• Work to overcome barriers to members' good health while delivering empathetic and professional experiences
• Educate members on health decisions and accurately document interactions in health records

Required qualifications

• Professional communication skills and strong active listening abilities
• High computer literacy, including proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a call center or outreach role involving members or consumers is preferred
