Health Advocate

Job Summary

To support the Medicare population, the full-time Health Advocate will engage with members and providers remotely to facilitate health screenings, medications, and services while promoting healthy behaviors through empathetic conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist members with healthcare services, screenings, and medication refills
• Overcome barriers to ensure members receive necessary health services and resources
• Document interactions accurately in members' health records and provide educational support for informed health decisions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Professional communication and strong active listening skills
• High computer literacy with proficiency in Windows and web-based applications
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
• Experience with high-volume calls or production expectations preferred
