Job Summary
Joining the Healthy Outcomes Team, the full-time Health Advocate will engage with Medicare members remotely to promote health screenings and services, ensuring they understand their benefits and receive necessary support through empathetic communication.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist members and providers with healthcare services, screenings, and medication refills
- Address barriers to health by providing education and resources to members for informed health decisions
- Document interactions accurately in members' health records to maintain comprehensive service records
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Professional communication and strong active listening skills
- High computer literacy, including troubleshooting capabilities
- Proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
