Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Advocate - Inbound/ Outbound Calls for the Healthy Outcomes Team, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist members and providers with healthcare services
• Overcome barriers to ensure members receive necessary health screenings and medications
• Educate members on health decisions and accurately document interactions in health records

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D
• High computer literacy and proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Experience with call center or outreach involving members/consumers is preferred
