Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting the Medicare population, the full-time Health Advocate - Pennsylvania Licensed will engage in inbound and outbound calls to educate members about health screenings, medications, and services while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist members and providers with healthcare services, screenings, and medication refills
- Overcome barriers to ensure members receive essential health services and resources
- Document conversations accurately in members' health records to maintain up-to-date information
Required Qualifications
- Advanced experience with Windows-based applications
- At least 6 months of call center experience
- High computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
