Health and Life Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Providing virtual enrollment and retention assistance, the full-time Health and Life Enrollment Specialist will support clients across all 50 U.S. states by educating workers on benefits, offering technical support, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual retention and enrollment assistance to workers, including inbound and outbound interactions
• Educate workers on benefits and assist with navigating enrollment platforms and filing claims
• Maintain performance metrics and complete quality assurance reviews of customer interactions

Required qualifications

• Health and Life licensed in the resident state, with completion of continuing education requirements
• Prefer a 4-year degree or equivalent work-related experience
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, human resources, or sales is highly desirable
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with virtual technology and Microsoft applications
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are an asset
