Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather applications from carriers, instruct employers on paperwork, and submit forms for implementation
• Communicate final approvals and provide necessary documentation to clients
• Manage database entries and documentation, ensuring accurate tracking of correspondence

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a benefits support role at a carrier, general agency, or brokerage preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products preferred
• Health & Life License preferred
