Job Summary
Supporting a defined book of business, the full-time remote Senior Associate Account Manager will assist Senior Account Managers and Account Managers in delivering high-quality client service, managing client requests, and coordinating resources for plan administration, compliance, and open enrollment activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Senior Account Managers and Account Managers to manage client deliverables and service execution
- Coordinates and reviews client-facing materials for accuracy, including benefit summaries and Open Enrollment communications
- Supports compliance tasks and aids in onboarding new client divisions, ensuring alignment with client expectations
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm
- Current Life and Health license
- Strong knowledge of health and ancillary products
- Experience working with clients with 1000+ US employees enrolled in benefits
- Familiarity with benefit administration systems is preferred
