Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Client Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive retention and growth strategies through market evaluation and targeted marketing campaigns
• Manage and develop the Client Management team, providing coaching and training to achieve retention goals
• Build relationships with broker partners and oversee service delivery and operational performance

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in health insurance sales or account management, with 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in small group or level funded health plans
• Experience leading client-facing sales or management teams focused on growth targets
• Proven track record of improving retention and client satisfaction
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Health and Life License is a plus
