Health and Life Licensed Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of Account Executives, the full-time Health and Life Licensed Manager will focus on retention of co-brokered accounts by providing support and services to partner agencies and their customers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a team to achieve departmental and individual goals
• Qualify and educate prospective agencies about the company's services based on their needs
• Document and report all retention activities and communicate progress to the Sales Team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-7 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of group insurance products, preferably from an insurance marketing or selling role
• Active Health and Life License
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
• Extensive knowledge of sales techniques
