Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Health and Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, delivery, and implementation of compliance management systems adhering to regulations
• Lead a team of Health & Safety Specialists through ongoing training and follow-up
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, addressing gaps with sustainable solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7-9 years of progressive health and safety compliance experience required
• Safety Certification(s) preferred
• Experience in OSHA Federal & State regulations, incident management, and risk identification
• Deep knowledge of State/Federal regulations, OSHA definitions, and environmental regulatory knowledge is a plus
