Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health & Safety Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and policies to ensure a safe working environment
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of facilities and operations to identify and mitigate risks
• Manage work-related incidents and lead investigations into safety incidents and near-misses

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in health and safety management within a relevant industry
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards
• Certification as a Radiation Safety Officer
• Ability to obtain Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) certification
• Relevant educational background in health and safety or a related field
