Job Summary

Health and Safety Partner, this full-time remote position involves performing various occupational health and workplace safety tasks to support project delivery and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support on health and safety policies and compliance monitoring
• Conduct inspections and audits to identify potential workplace hazards
• Develop and review project-specific Health and Safety Plans and facilitate training programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Health and Safety or related field
• Relevant Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) certification or ability to obtain
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety role
• Experience with occupational health and safety standards in on-site projects
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and incident management
