Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Manager- Health and Wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of employee health and wellness programs, including medical, dental, and wellness incentives
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with health benefit regulations
• Analyze plan utilization and employee feedback to inform strategy and improve program offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience managing employee health and wellness benefits
• Strong understanding of benefit compliance requirements (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA)
• Experience managing benefit vendors, contracts, and service level agreements
• Familiarity with wellness program design and administration
