Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health and Wellness Coach (contract) to provide support to patients interested in temporary elimination diets based on their Food Sensitivity Test results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct an assessment of clients' health goals
• Create a safe two-part elimination diet based on test results while ensuring nutritional needs are met
• Assist clients with food journaling, follow-up outreach, and referral to specialized clinicians if necessary

Qualifications:

• Experienced health & wellness coach with certification from an institution like NBHWC or INN
• Past experience working with clients to achieve nutritional health goals
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and convey complex nutritional information
• Empathetic and client-centered approach to interactions
• Proficient with word processing software to create legible and well-formatted documents
