Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal Health Benefit Plan Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and amend welfare benefit plan documents in accordance with internal/client guidance
• Attend new group meetings for assigned groups and provide operational support to team members
• Understand and apply applicable regulations and laws in drafting plan documents

Required Qualifications

• Five plus years of relevant experience
• General knowledge of regulations and laws related to welfare benefit plan documents (e.g., COBRA, ERISA)
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects or tasks
