Health Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the administration and analysis of health and welfare benefit programs, the full-time Health & Welfare Benefits Analyst will focus on data integrity, vendor coordination, and operational execution while working remotely with occasional travel to Massachusetts locations as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Administers health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, vision, and disability benefits
• Partners with the Employee Service Center to resolve escalated employee issues and ensure consistent service delivery
• Monitors eligibility and enrollments within the HRIS, assisting with Open Enrollment execution and audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
• Two years of experience in benefits administration
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting case management or ticketing systems
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
