Job Summary

To gather insights on corporate health and pharmacy benefit plans, a remote contract opportunity is available for Benefits Decision-Makers who will participate in video interviews discussing their organization's benefits strategy, evaluation processes, and purchasing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Describe the current process for evaluating and renewing corporate health plans
• Walk through the organization's approach to pharmacy benefits management
• Provide feedback on purchasing decisions during renewal cycles and react to hypothetical plan structures

Required qualifications

• Senior HR, Total Rewards, or Benefits professional at a larger organization
• Direct decision-making authority or significant influence over health insurance purchasing
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefit plan structures and vendor negotiations
• Experience discussing financial and strategic trade-offs of benefit designs
