Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, the full-time salaried Health Benefits Director will manage health, pharmacy, and dental benefit programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all activities related to health, pharmacy, and dental benefit programs, including vendor management and compliance
• Analyze trends in benefit utilization and costs to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance team member satisfaction
• Develop and implement communication plans and coordinate the annual open enrollment process for benefit programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Human Resources
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading health, pharmacy, and dental benefit programs in a complex organization
• Strong expertise in benefit plan design, vendor management, and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in translating analytics into actionable strategies and recommendations
• Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, and relationship management
