Job Summary

Leading the strategy and implementation of health and wellness programs, the full-time salaried Health Benefits Director will oversee benefits for nearly 80,000 employees, focusing on medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and disability offerings while driving innovation and vendor partnerships.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and analyze health and wellness programs to ensure high-quality, competitive coverage
  • Coordinate vendor partnerships and drive employee education on benefits utilization
  • Implement market-informed strategies to enhance the quality and experience of health benefits
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 13 years of related work experience in HR or Benefits, with at least five years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including five years leading teams
  • Strong experience in vendor and medical provider management
  • Data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness
  • Experience in leading health and financial benefits initiatives
