Job Summary

Leading the onboarding and ongoing management of new partnerships, the full-time remote Health Benefits Project Manager will define processes, create standards, and manage relationships with carriers and vendors to ensure successful client delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Own partner relationships as the primary contact for carriers and vendors, ensuring strong collaboration and results
  • Manage project plans for onboarding new carrier partners, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Create and implement standards and best practices documentation for partner products and services
Required qualifications
  • Typically, 7+ years of experience in Benefits Outsourcing and/or Health Benefits consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead business-critical initiatives from definition through execution
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills in a matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience developing and enhancing operational frameworks through collaborative approaches
