Job Summary
Leading the onboarding and ongoing management of new partnerships, the full-time remote Health Benefits Project Manager will define processes, create standards, and manage relationships with carriers and vendors to ensure successful client delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Own partner relationships as the primary contact for carriers and vendors, ensuring strong collaboration and results
- Manage project plans for onboarding new carrier partners, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Create and implement standards and best practices documentation for partner products and services
Required qualifications
- Typically, 7+ years of experience in Benefits Outsourcing and/or Health Benefits consulting
- Demonstrated ability to lead business-critical initiatives from definition through execution
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills in a matrixed environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience developing and enhancing operational frameworks through collaborative approaches
