Job Summary

To support a fast-growing team, the fully remote Health Care Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries related to insurance, financial assistance, and payment processing in a high-tech environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle calls to resolve billing and payment issues while adhering to client-specific protocols
  • Respond professionally to requests for information from patients and account holders
  • Investigate client inquiries and monitor payment arrangements as needed
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role with public interaction
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
