Seeking fully remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives, the position involves managing inbound and outbound calls to resolve insurance inquiries, financial assistance questions, and payment processing in a fast-paced team environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle calls to resolve billing and payment issues while adhering to client-specific protocols
  • Provide thorough responses to patient inquiries regarding their accounts and payment arrangements
  • Investigate client inquiries and ensure compliance with applicable laws such as FDCPA and HIPAA
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role with public interaction
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evening and Saturday shifts as needed
