Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Health Care QM - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify resources and collaborate to improve member health outcomes and HEDIS measures
• Make outbound calls to assist members in obtaining necessary services and improve health outcomes
• Document member participation in outreach activities and support HEDIS documentation processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in health care marketing, outreach, or health education
• Ability to use standard corporate software and applications
• Experience working with HEDIS criteria
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in a call center environment
