Health Care Quality Consultant

Job Summary

Leading quality improvement initiatives for assigned ambulatory primary care practices, the full-time Value Performance Consultant will implement project management and safety improvement frameworks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, primarily working remotely with occasional onsite meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Expertly lead performance improvement efforts and coach others in developing performance improvement capabilities
• Plan and lead interdisciplinary projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Analyze clinical data using statistical techniques to support quality improvement initiatives and develop tools for accurate data collection

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in health care, clinical quality improvement, or project management
• Certificate in health care quality, patient safety, or project management/Lean preferred within 2 years of employment
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and project management tools
• Experience with data analysis and statistical techniques
