Job Summary
Leading quality improvement initiatives for assigned ambulatory primary care practices, the full-time Value Performance Consultant will implement project management and safety improvement frameworks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, primarily working remotely with occasional onsite meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Expertly lead performance improvement efforts and coach others in developing performance improvement capabilities
- Plan and lead interdisciplinary projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Analyze clinical data using statistical techniques to support quality improvement initiatives and develop tools for accurate data collection
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in health care, clinical quality improvement, or project management
- Certificate in health care quality, patient safety, or project management/Lean preferred within 2 years of employment
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and project management tools
- Experience with data analysis and statistical techniques
