Health Care Value Strategy Director

Job Summary

To drive transformation within the Business Value Services organization, the full-time remote Health Care Value Strategy Director will manage a team focused on outcome engineering, value realization, and proactive customer engagement to enhance measurable consumption and long-term value in health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for value-based health care consulting and outcome engineering
• Lead CFO briefings and run ROI workshops to translate capabilities into financial outcomes for clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed outcome engineering throughout the customer lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams
• Proven track record of driving business transformation initiatives and quantifying ROI
• Deep understanding of value-based health care and consumption-based business models
• Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
