Health Center Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

To support community health centers in improving patient outcomes, the full-time Senior Health Center Analytics Consultant will lead implementations, provide consultative analytics support, and help enhance the analytics platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new health center implementations by conducting stakeholder meetings and analyzing EHR data
• Provide consultative analytics support to health centers, managing data initiatives and building reports
• Identify improvements and new features for the analytics platform based on customer feedback and market research

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience extracting clinical, operational, and financial data from electronic health record systems
• Strong SQL skills, including knowledge of subqueries, temp tables, and window functions
• Proven project management skills, capable of handling complex projects with changing priorities
• Knowledge and interest in healthcare quality improvement and population health management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
