A company is looking for a Health Claims Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Process medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug claims accurately and timely
• Verify documentation and collaborate with relevant parties to obtain necessary claim information
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problematic claims with assistance from management

Required Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required
• Basic computer and customer service experience required
• Ability to learn claims processing software and adapt to software changes
• Typing ability of 45 wpm net
• Basic mathematical skills and a thorough knowledge of claims processing procedures
