Job Summary

Managing complex issues related to the Patient Access Curator suite of products, the full-time Tier 1 Client Technical Representative in Health will troubleshoot problems, work with clients and internal teams, and oversee a large caseload of support inquiries in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve issues with payers, trading partners, and clients related to the Patient Access Curator platform
  • Manage and troubleshoot client and user payer configurations while overseeing small to medium-sized projects
  • Handle escalated issues from Customer Support and Relationship Management through various communication channels
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is beneficial
  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare IT industry
  • Familiarity with healthcare EDI transactions and ANSI X12 message structure (270/271)
  • Experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to users
  • Flexibility to manage unforeseen situations and availability for evening, overnight, and weekend support as needed
