Health Cloud Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Health/Life Sciences Cloud Architect to act as the internal technical advisor for clients' Patient Services Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the client-side architecture lead for the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementation
• Review, validate, and challenge vendor solution designs, data models, integrations, and workflows
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, compliance needs, and long-term scalability

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, with strong expertise in Health Cloud
• Hands-on knowledge of patient services workflows, enrollments, and case management
• Experience with integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, FHIR/HL7 is a plus)
• Strong ability to challenge vendor decisions and represent client technical interests
• Availability to work EST
