A company is looking for a Health Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote coaching via apps, video conferencing, and the electronic system
• Engage members to set goals, manage their care, and stay motivated
• Provide feedback on metrics and collaborate with the coaching team and healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in Health/Nutrition counseling or health coaching
• Active license in the US; Health Coaching or Health Educator certifications preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to work remotely
• Experience delivering coaching via video calls and managing a high volume caseload
• Passion for advancing individual health and wellness
