A company is looking for a Health Coach - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with participants through telephonic calls for program enrollment and individualized coaching
• Coordinate care delivery with a multi-disciplinary team and support operational requirements
• Track member progress and participate in meetings for updates and insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent certification
• 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in customer service
• Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage telephonic communication while entering data
• Knowledge of lifestyle-related topics such as nutrition and exercise
