Health Coach Annotator
Job Summary
Evaluating and improving AI-generated coaching content, the part-time Health Coach Annotator will assess coaching conversations for accuracy, safety, empathy, and alignment with evidence-based practices during an 8-week internship.
Key responsibilities
- Review AI-generated or human coaching dialogue for accuracy, tone, empathy, and actionability
- Annotate goal-setting effectiveness, motivational techniques, and behavior-change strategies
- Identify and flag unsafe or misleading health advice for correction
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in health coaching, behavior change, public health, nursing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of coaching methodologies and behavior-change principles
- Ability to apply structured rubrics consistently
- Excellent written communication and sound judgment regarding health-related content
- Ability to commit for 8 weeks, working 8 hours per day with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time
