Job Summary
To support a growing health coaching initiative, the part-time Health Coach (AZ, FL, GA, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT) will manage a caseload of members, guiding them through personalized health journeys focused on nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress, while working remotely and utilizing data-informed plans.
Key responsibilities
- Guide members through onboarding and progress milestones, ensuring each feels individually known
- Conduct virtual coaching sessions and provide ongoing support through messaging
- Develop personalized health plans based on member goals and data, adjusting as needed
Required qualifications
- Health coaching certification from a recognized program covering behavior-change theory and foundational nutrition
- Associate's degree or higher, or an equivalent experience-based path to coaching certification
- 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coaching and member interaction
