A company is looking for a Well-being Coach I to provide phone-based coaching and support to members in achieving their health-related goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and education to enrolled members via phone, video, or chat, following corporate policies
• Schedule coaching sessions to meet productivity and quality standards
• Document member goals and outcomes using electronic systems while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required
• Additional certifications in health education, coaching, or nutrition are a plus
• Coaching experience is preferred
• Ability to create a supportive environment for behavior change
• Experience in tailoring coaching services to a diverse customer base
