A company is looking for a Health Coach Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of health coaches to ensure quality patient care in multiple channels and time zones
• Provide coaching supervision, conduct training sessions, and develop health coach programs
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve patient experience

Qualifications:

• Active NBC-HWC certification and minimum 5 years of health coaching experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a primary care setting and leadership experience
• Master's degree in a health-related field or a bachelor's degree with active licensure in a related field
• Experience in creating policies, developing training materials, and working with an EMR
• Skilled in Google Workspace, screen recording software, e-learning software, and learning management systems
