• Manage day-to-day operations including workflows, scheduling, and quality assurance
• Track member health goals and improve program outcomes while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing teams with a focus on performance management
• 1+ year of experience leading and developing a remote team of health coaches
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a practicing health coach
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for strategy development
• Organized and adaptable with a growth mindset and commitment to feedback
