Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Concierge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer questions and resolve issues as a single-point-of-contact for plan sponsors, members, and providers
• Build trusting relationships with members, anticipate their needs, and provide customized interaction
• Educate and assist customers on benefit plan information and available services to enhance their customer service experience

Required Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience in a transaction-based environment preferred
• Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• High School Diploma required
