Health Concierge Appointment Setter
Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Health Concierge Appointment Setter will manage client intake calls, guide clients through the intake process, and ensure a smooth transition to Health Advisors while working remotely from designated states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own daily HubSpot intake queue and conduct 10-20 intake calls with clients who have purchased a test kit
- Complete the Pre-Call Checklist and Confidence Analysis for each call to prepare Health Advisors
- Guide clients through health-related conversations with empathy and clarity, ensuring they are ready for their next steps
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Demonstrated experience in lead conversion or intake roles
- Familiarity with 2-call sales models or similar consultative environments
- Strong proficiency in using HubSpot CRM, Zoom, and Google Calendar/Workspace
- Ability to maintain a 65%+ show rate on intake calls and an 80%+ show rate on Health Advisor calls booked
