Health Concierge - Inbound

Job Summary

To support clients on their wellness journey, the full-time Health Concierge - Inbound will manage high-volume inbound calls and emails, guiding clients through scheduling and inquiries while providing empathetic support and maintaining CRM documentation remotely from designated states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound client calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses
• Guide clients through the intake process and schedule Health Advisor consultations during interactions
• Provide support for product inquiries and conduct retention conversations with clients considering cancellations

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Proven experience in consultative sales, account management, or customer success
• Experience in contact centers, intake operations, or healthcare-adjacent environments is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with contact center software and CRM platforms
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
