Key Responsibilities

• Manage client deliverables and meetings in accordance with firm standards
• Develop strategies with plan professionals for projections, benefit rates, compliance, and cost containment
• Promote professional growth of associates and review processes for improved efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• ASA or FSA credentials
• Minimum of 5 years of health and welfare consulting experience
• Actuarial experience
• Preferred experience with multiemployer health plans or bargained health plans
