Job Summary
A company is looking for a Health Consultant/Customer Experience Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily client interactions via phone, email, text, and Slack with professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations accurately
- Respond to client inquiries about nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience with CX platforms such as HubSpot, AirCall, or Zendesk
- Strong knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices
- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
