Job Summary
Providing direct support to policyholders and stakeholders, the full-time Health Customer Care Analyst will resolve inquiries, process complex transactions, and manage service requests while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and written correspondence while supporting customer retention
- Analyze and process complex policy transactions, making informed decisions to manage financial-impacting requests
- Collaborate effectively with customers, providers, and internal partners to resolve issues and improve processes
Required qualifications
- Proven experience with the Health product line and in a Health Call Center environment
- Ability to manage high-volume phone interactions while multitasking across multiple systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated accountability, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency
- Access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
